Hello Parents and Families!

Can you believe it is June already? It is crazy to think how fast this year has gone by! It feels like just yesterday we were setting up our classroom, anticipating our brand new batch of wonderful Pre-K students! And now it is almost time to say good-bye for the summer!

But! We still have plenty of time together and we are soaking up every minute! We are enjoying Spirit Week with all the wonderful outfits and crazy hair! Tomorrow, Friday June 8th, we will all be sporting our brand new tie-dye shirts and creating wonderful works of art using boxes, recyclables, and more! It is going to be a great day! Look for all the wonderful pictures to follow tomorrow!

Next week, we are going to continue talking about the ocean and all the wonderful creatures that live in it! We are going to explore different animals, plants and more and talk about what we like or don't like about some of them.  The children will be creating their own scuba diver equip with goggles, flippers, a wetsuit, and some other special creations. Look for that to come home in backpacks at the end of the week.

We are also gearing up for our moving up ceremony (more info below!) and practicing songs.  This is not to be missed! We have some special end of the year projects going home the final week of school, after our moving up ceremony so if you or your child will not be here for that day, please let us know so we can send those gifts home sooner!
